How do I set up automatic applications?

1. Create your Hesra account and complete your Profile with your personal, household and employment details. Upload the documents you want to use for applications.
2. Add a search with your chosen city or town and an optional maximum monthly rent.
3. Choose a Silver or Gold plan, then switch on AI applications for that search and confirm that Hesra can apply on your behalf.

Automatic applications apply to new exact matches after you enable them. You choose which searches use AI applications and can switch them off in Searches.

Your details, ready for the next application

Hesra uses your saved profile to fill in application forms and your relevant uploaded documents when they are requested. Keep details such as your employment, household and viewing availability up to date in Profile.

See what was submitted and what needs your input

Open Applications to see confirmed submissions and applications that need your help. Use the Submitted and Needs your input filters to find the relevant entries, or select View home to open the original listing.

When information or a document is missing, the application shows what is needed. For example, if a property requires a recent payslip, upload it in Profile and select Retry when you are ready.

Some portals cannot be completed automatically. If a submission cannot be confirmed, Hesra does not automatically send it again. A submitted application means your response was sent; the landlord or agent handles the next steps, including viewing invitations.

Which plan includes automatic applications?

Silver includes up to 10 successfully submitted AI applications over your account’s lifetime. Gold includes unlimited AI applications. Both paid plans include unlimited matching email alerts. See current plans and prices to choose your allowance.
