Does Hesra apply to every listing?
Only new exact matches, and only when you enable automatic applications on a paid plan. If important listing details are missing, we flag the home for your review.
Can I pause my search?
Yes. Pause a search to stop its email alerts, or change its criteria at any time. Automatic applications have their own pause control in Applications.
What happens to my documents?
Your uploads are encrypted in storage. Hesra reuses the documents an application needs when applying on your behalf. You can manage your documents from Your profile.
