Get email alerts for new rental listings in the Netherlands.
Choose a city and set your maximum rent. Hesra emails you when it finds a new matching apartment, studio or room, so you can check the details and apply without refreshing rental sites all day.
How do I set up rental alerts?
- Create your Hesra account and add a saved search.
- Choose the city or town you want to live in and, if you have a limit, set your maximum monthly rent.
- Keep the search enabled to receive email alerts when Hesra finds new listings that match those criteria.
Looking in more than one city or town? Add a separate search for each place you would consider. Each search covers one city or town, rather than a radius around it. For ideas, see where to live near Amsterdam.
What does “matching” mean?
A matching listing must meet the criteria set in your search: the city and, when set, the maximum monthly rent. Check the original listing for other requirements, such as household size, income, furnishing and availability.
Can Hesra also apply for me?
Yes, when you choose a paid plan and enable automatic applications for a search. Hesra uses your applicant profile and relevant uploaded documents to attempt applications for new exact matches. Some applications need your input or cannot be completed automatically.
You can use alerts and apply yourself. Read how automatic applications work before switching them on.

How much do rental alerts cost?
The free Bronze plan includes 100 matching email alerts as a one-time account allowance. Paid plans include unlimited matching alerts and an application allowance. See current plans and prices for the full details.
