What do the plans cost?

Hesra

  • Bronze: free. 100 matching email alerts. One-time allowance for your account. No AI applications. Apply to rentals yourself.
  • Silver: €9 per month. Unlimited matching email alerts. Keep up with new rentals. 10 AI applications. Lifetime total, not a monthly allowance.
  • Gold: €15 per month. Unlimited matching email alerts. Keep up with new rentals. Unlimited AI applications. No per-application fees.

Paid prices include VAT. Silver’s allowance counts successful AI applications. See Hesra’s plans.

Rentbird self-service

The published subscription prices are €29 for one month, €39 for two months (€19.50 per month), or €49 for three months (about €16.33 per month). These prices are for the self-service product, without the dedicated agent in Rentbird Plus.

Who actually sends the application?

With Rentbird’s self-service subscription, its AI response generator helps you prepare a message. You still copy, paste and send the response. This can suit you if you want to check each property and control every enquiry yourself.

Hesra can attempt applications for new exact matches using your applicant profile and relevant uploaded documents. You need a paid plan and must enable automatic applications for the search. Some applications need your input or cannot be completed automatically.

Hesra matches on city or town and, if you set one, maximum monthly rent. Check requirements such as household size, income and furnishing yourself. Prepare the information agents may ask for with our rental application document checklist.

When Rentbird Plus is the closer fit

If you want a person to help organise viewings, present your file and negotiate the contract, compare rental agent services. Rentbird Plus advertises that broader service, including a dedicated agent.

Rentbird Plus lists a non-refundable €299 start fee and a €1,495 success fee when it finds you a home: €1,794 combined before any extras. Its terms include three rental credits; rejecting a home after a viewing uses a credit, and extra credits cost €69 each. No success fee is charged if Rentbird Plus has not found you a home within three months.

Which one fits the way you search?

  • Try Hesra if email alerts fit your routine and you want to start with a free allowance or enable automatic applications on a paid plan.
  • Consider Rentbird self-service if you prefer app notifications and want writing help while sending each response yourself.
  • Consider Rentbird Plus if you need the broader involvement of a dedicated rental agent and its fees fit your budget.
