RentSlam alerts
RentSlam’s published alert packages cost €29.95 for one month, about €45 for two months (€22.48 per month), or €49.95 for three months (€16.65 per month). Package totals are calculated from the advertised monthly rates.
Those subscription prices cover alerts. If you enable listings from paid websites, responding to those listings can require a separate subscription to the listing provider.
Who applies for you?
RentSlam describes its alerts service as self-service: it finds matching rentals, while you respond, schedule viewings and choose which homes to pursue. Its broader search preferences can help if you want criteria beyond city and budget.
With Hesra, you can enable automatic applications for a saved search on Silver or Gold. Hesra uses your applicant profile and relevant uploaded documents to attempt applications for new exact matches. Applications that need information show what to provide before you retry.
Hesra matches on city or town and maximum rent when set. Other property details, such as furnishing and household requirements, need your review. Prepare your information with the rental application document checklist.
When RentSlam’s human services fit
Rental Assistant is advertised nationwide for a €995 upfront fee. It includes help preparing your dossier, responding to rentals, scheduling viewings, negotiating and checking the rental agreement. You attend viewings yourself.
Rental Agent adds an agent at viewings and help with inspection and key handover in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Its listed fees are €195 for intake and €1,995 when the lease is signed: €2,190 combined. These are separate services from the alerts subscription and offer human involvement beyond Hesra’s application automation.
